Concerning Customers Who Are Consumers:

We are obligated to deliver goods free from defects. The statutory warranty for defects (warranty for physical defects) applies as defined in Articles 556 and 556[1]-556[3] and subsequent articles of the Civil Code.

Complaints may be submitted:

The Store is not obligated to refund digital products not stored on a tangible medium.

When exercising rights under the warranty, if deemed necessary for processing the complaint, you are required to deliver the defective product to the specified address above at our expense. If the nature of the goods or the method of installation makes delivery excessively burdensome, you must make the goods available to us at their location. We are committed to responding to complaints promptly, no later than 14 days from the date of submission.

We are liable under the warranty if a physical defect is discovered within two years from the date the goods were delivered to you. If the sale involves used movable items, the warranty liability period is one year from the delivery date.

In a submitted complaint, it is recommended to:

1. Provide information regarding the subject of the complaint, particularly the type and date of the defect's occurrence.
2. Specify the requested method of addressing the defect (e.g., replacement with a new product, repair, price reduction, withdrawal from the agreement—if the defect is significant).
3. Include the complainant's contact information to facilitate and expedite the complaint resolution process by the Store.

The recommendations listed above are merely non-binding suggestions and do not affect the effectiveness of complaints submitted without the suggested details.

Concerning Customers Who Are Not Consumers:

For sales agreements concluded with customers who are not consumers, pursuant to Article 558 § 1 of the Civil Code, the Store's liability for defects under the warranty is excluded. This exclusion is void in cases where defects were fraudulently concealed by us.
